The hotel's reception area was clean and well-presented. The room was pleasant and the walk to it was enjoyable. The staff, particularly Mariana, provided really good service and attention to detail. Room service was spot on.

I was thrilled to find out that they allowed guests to store their bikes in the room, as my partner and I had cycled to the hotel. The staff were great too help us when we had trouble getting a taxi. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with high-tech features, made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel's location offered a fine view of the Thames estuary, and the food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. I also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the mainline and underground stations. I had an lovely stay at Rafayel Hotel & Spa and would highly recommend it to anyone in search of a top-quality experience.

The check-in was professional and we could check-in before 2pm. Our room had a wow factor with a comfy bed and great bathroom. The spa facilities were fine, with a lovely fragrance.
