The hotel's reception area was clean and well-presented. The room was pleasant and the walk to it was enjoyable. The staff, particularly Mariana, provided exceptional service and attention to detail. Room service was spot on.

My stay at Rafayel Hotel & Spa was absolutely amazing. I was thrilled to find out that they allowed guests to store their bikes in the room, as my partner and I had cycled to the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help us when we had trouble getting a taxi. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with high-tech features that made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel's location offered a stunning view of the Thames estuary, and the food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. I also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the mainline and underground stations. I had an unforgettable stay at Rafayel Hotel & Spa and would highly recommend it to anyone in search of a top-quality experience.

The check-in was professional and we could check-in before 2pm. Our room had a wow factor with a comfy bed and great bathroom. The spa facilities were fine, with a lovely fragrance.
